What to write about
A few things people commonly reach out about — all welcome:
- Bug reports. If a preview is rendering incorrectly, a URL won't fetch, or something is broken on mobile, please include the exact URL you tested and the platform you were checking. Screenshots help.
- Feature requests. Want a platform we don't support yet, an export format, an API endpoint, or a Chrome extension? Tell us, and tell us roughly how often you would use it.
- Corrections. If a written guide on the site contains an error or outdated information — particularly around platform-specific image sizes or character limits — let us know and we'll fix it.
- Partnerships and integrations. Newsletter mentions, podcast invitations, integration ideas, and collaboration opportunities are all welcome.
- Privacy and data requests. To exercise rights described in our Privacy Policy, including GDPR access or deletion requests, email the address above and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
- Legal and abuse reports. If you believe content displayed via the Service infringes your intellectual property or violates our Terms, include enough detail to identify the relevant URL.
Before you write
If you're trying to figure out why a particular URL isn't generating the preview you expect, the Complete Guide to Open Graph Tags covers most of the common causes — missing og:image tags, wrong aspect ratios, redirect chains, and platform-specific cache delays. Skim that first; it usually saves a back-and-forth.
